**THE ROLE**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, experienced, and creative Communications Executive (Digital & Direct) to join our team to support our Mounties Group brands **on a full-time 12-month maternity leave contract with the potential to extend into a full-time capacity.**

We work in a fast-paced environment as we continue to grow our business and like to have fun along the way. You will be working with the support of a broader marketing team as well as operations managers across each of your brands to achieve success. There are also a number of agencies available as support to ensure you are able to deliver excellence in your area.

More specifically, some of your key duties will include:

- Reporting on performance of digital and direct Campaigns
- Working with multiple agencies to optimise advertising spend.
- Maximising relationships with digital and direct agencies
- Ensuring assets adhere to Mounties Group Quality Standards
- Supporting Marketing Team as required

**IN YOUR TOOLKIT**

To be successful in securing this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experiences:

- Prior experience in Digital Marketing
- Data driven, with a structured approach to digital marketing
- HTML coding knowledge for EDM production
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong copywriting skills
- Positive can-do attitude and ability to work well within a team
- Technologically Savvy, including Microsoft Office programs & Marketing Technology, Adobe Creative Suite
