**What you’ll do**:
Collections and Administration
- Timely collections and monitoring outstanding debts for commercial clients
- Investigating, escalation and/or resolution of client enquiries
- Regular follow up of payments for invoices due
- Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
- This role is mostly focused on collections so not a typical end to end AR role Receipting and Allocations will be a huge part of this position

Receipting and Allocations
- Backup and support with receipting processes for all entities
- Checking bank transactions and resolution of issues with unidentified payments and overpayments
- Processing refunds on ad hoc basis

Reporting
- Providing regular debtor reports for aged receivables and collections
- Regular debtor meetings with project team to discuss outstanding debts
- Assisting with Period End reporting as required

**What we’ll love about you**:

- Have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a collections / Accounts Receivable role within a large corporate environment. Experience in engineering/professional services will be highly regarded
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office - particularly Excel
- High attention to detail essential and strong commitment to resolving issues accurately
- Experience with large ERPs
- Understanding of finance departmental functions
- Experience with reconciling and collections of a high volume, high dollar value ledger
