**Position**: Café Manager (Full-time)
**Location**: Bayswater, WA
**Salary**: $75,000/year plus superannuation
**Opening Hours**:
Monday - Saturday: 6 am - 3 pm
Sunday: 6:30 am - 3 pm
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily café operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
- Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards for quality and hospitality.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
- Collect invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping for all transactions.
- Control costs through effective stock management and budget adherence.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting café environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, providing guidance and support to staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in café or restaurant management, including staff supervision and basic financial management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Pay: $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
