About Us

Little Village Therapy is a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, play-obsessed paediatric occupational therapy clinic supporting children and their families to grow, connect, and thrive.

Our team is known for our warmth, humour, and 5-star client experience from the first hello to the final high-five.

We’re now looking for a Customer Care Officer to join our village someone who loves people, brings calm to chaos, and finds joy in creating order, connection, and beautiful systems that help families feel seen and supported.

About the Role

As our Admin & Customer Care Officer, you’ll be the friendly face and calm voice that welcomes families into our world. You’ll support the daily flow of the clinic, ensuring every client feels cared for and every therapist can do their best work.

Your days will include:

- Greeting families, answering calls, and managing client enquiries with warmth and professionalism.
- Coordinating appointments, onboarding new families, and maintaining accurate records in our practice-management system (Splose experience a plus).
- Assisting with invoicing, payments, and NDIS service agreements.
- Supporting the team with scheduling, reports, and communications.
- Creating small moments of magic for families - because we believe the little things matter.
- Keeping the clinic space running smoothly and beautifully (yes, snacks included).
