**What this opportunity involves**:
This is an outstanding opportunity to step into a corporate environment and sharpen your professional skills. As a Concierge team member, you will play a pivotal role in providing authentic service experiences that bonds the relationship between JLL, our client and their guests. You will be placed on a desk exclusive to two major clients that are based in the building, where you will be involved in their businesses also. This is part-time role working 2 days a week, Monday and Friday.

You will be based onsite at one of JLL’s Premium A Grade assets, based in the Melbourne CBD and maintain smooth operations by providing client, visitor, and administrative support, and execution of duties to the highest standards. This is a perfect role to get your foot in the door in the corporate world and if you are in hospitality and sick of working weekends

**Duties include**:
Providing a unique welcoming experience for all guests, staff and visitors
Handle internal & external calls and correspondence
Provide direction and assistance with local amenities and services.
Provide hotel-style concierge and lifestyle services administration for the customers
Promote retail tenancies in and around the building as well as community engagement events and initiatives
Work closely with the building management team
Any other reasonable requests made by team members to facilitate the day to day management of the property, or tasks which assist with achieving team objectives

You’ll have some experience working either in a hospitality, or service delivery role & you’ll bring your strong ‘Customer Service A-Game’ to JLL.
You will be willing to learn and have a ‘can do’ attitude in your approach to take on responsibilities.
You will be well-presented and well-spoken, and easily build a good rapport with stakeholders of all levels.
You are able to adopt a one-team attitude with all members of the extended Building Management team and partners.
