**Job Summary**:
Powerlink continues to grow as we experience a once in a lifetime change in our industry. Coinciding with the release of the Queensland Energy and Jobs Plan, our Property Team is looking for a Property Services Advisor to become part of the team.
- Be the first point of contact for property administration advice for internal and external customers

**About the role**:
Your responsibilities will also include:

- Facilitating a first line of response service to property and rights related enquiries for internal and external customers
- Creating, maintaining and retrieving information in relation to Powerlink's property portfolio to ensure ease of access and readiness to information.
- Managing the issuing of notices on time to ensure property information regarding rights and interest in land to ensure compliance with the relevant acts for these activities.
- Protecting Powerlink’s property rights through maintaining its land tenure portfolio.

**About you**:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in property related administration such as statutory requirements and obligations.
- Previous experience in preparing detailed documentation in line with statutory requirements, and corporate policies and procedures.
- Reasonable knowledge of Queensland land tenure, administrative areas and property descriptions.
- Knowledge of Native Title and Tenure is highly desirable.
- The ability to read title and easement deeds, survey plans, maps and layout plans, and interpret and draft property related legal documentation.
- Previous experience working with GIS/LIS systems to support land asset management and working with easements and other Land Title Office dealings is highly desirable.
