As a personal carer, you will provide support to our customers living in our residential home, supporting their independence and choice to have a great life. This includes;
- Daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, mobility and meals
- Providing care in accordance with their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting with community based recreational and social activities
- Supporting holistic wellbeing

**To be successful you will need**:

- A Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care/Individual Support
- USI transcript to support your Certificate
- An empathy and commitment to the care of older people with a demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs
- 12months+ experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
