Day to day, you'll help older people live with dignity, whether that's helping them get around, go to the bathroom, take a shower, or enjoy a meal with a friendly face – in line with their personalised care plan.   • Hourly rate: $32.06 – $ Superannuation + penalty rates for nights and weekends, and NFP salary packaging (pay up to $18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for you)

The requirements | What it takes to do this work

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support
  • An empathy for older people and commitment to meeting their needs
  • 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill
