**About the role**
Based out of our Dandenong office with the opportunity to work in part from home. This position will commence as a 12 month contract with the with the real possibility of being converted to full time. The Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for processing and management of accounts receivable, debt management and will be a valued member of the Camec accounts team.

**The main responsibilities of the role are**:

- Issue credits and statements that are accurate, timely, and in accordance with Fleetwood policy/procedure
- Investigate account queries, and work with Customer Service and Sales to ensure timely resolution
- Management of customer queries, with escalation where necessary
- Reconcile month end debtor statements to debtors’ ledger, provide meaningful commentary on overdue accounts.
- Accurately receipt and process customer payments, following up discrepancies as required
- Following up outstanding customer invoices as per terms
- Maintain accurate records of customer interaction i.e. actions and outcomes, within the ERP system
- Regular monthly and ad hoc AR reporting, including GL ledger reconciliations and journals as required
- Take up quarterly rebates as per established Rebate agreements and in conjunction with Sales
- Liaise with internal staff, providing training, feedback and support to ensure that AR processes are carried out in an accurately and timely manner
- Provide appropriate support to FC during Audit
- Provide back up to other staff in Finance Department where appropriate
- 3+ years in a similar position
- Self starter and able to work autonomously when necessary
- High level of attention to detail

- Strong computer literacy - proficient in using MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Sound statistical, analytical and administrative skills
- Accurate record keeping skills
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills
- An ability to multitask and problem solve
