- Collaborate and contribute to the creative process to deliver world-class, award-winning work, specialising in Social Content and Earned Media, on behalf of group clients
- Lead key creative meetings with clients, ensuring the creative view is well presented and will play an active role, along with Account Leads and Strategy Director in the presentation of creative and strategic work.
- Build and nurture positive working relationships with the team, key Agency departments including PR & Communications, Partnerships, Production and Strategy as well as key Group colleagues, across M&C Saatchi Sydney and Melbourne, Greenhouse, and Re.
- Report the state of creative on accounts and current projects to the LT on a regular basis

- Deep understanding of social & content creative solutions and PR-able ideas
- Natural ability to identify and nurture ideas & talent
- Creative ideation and writing
- Understanding of digital, social, PR, experiential, emerging platforms, and the evolving media landscape

- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
- Written communications at a professional standard
- Good technical knowledge of social platforms and digital production process

**Our Values**
- Walk in different worlds
- Make Uncommon Sense
