
HR Coordinator/officer

**Key Accountabilities**
- Provide effective HR administration across the employee lifecycle including recruitment & onboarding, employee relations, reward and recognition, learning & development and WHS.
- Support the onboarding experience of new hires to ensure a seamless experience as well as coordinating training programs.
- Maintain the HRIS system and databases, policies and procedures, and respond to workforce planning and reporting requests.
- Participate and coordinate the annual calendar of events for SLV.
- Support the with employee relations, workforce planning, performance reviews and recruitment processes.
- Provide HR administration for joint venture companies and meet required SLAs.
- Actively support cultural change and new initiatives as well as ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement workplace standard operating procedures
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires and terminated employees
- Assist with employee relations matters, such as conflict resolution and grievance handling
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
- Manage workplace safety and health programs
- Create, implement and execute a recruitment plan and provide support during recruitment and selection processes
- Coordinate employee training and development activities
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
