In the role of **Region Manager**, you will join** the Commercial Broker team** that’s doubling down on winning together

**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Use your sales skills strategically to meet targets including operational objectives as well as customer, employee and financial aspects
- Drive sales through customer conversations and to improve the Customer Experience, People Engagement and Enablement while developing stakeholder relationships
- Ongoing coaching, mentoring and support of direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their role, to take ownership of their business, as well as be compliant with FSRA requirements and external legislation in a professional and ethical manner

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Demonstrable experience in business banking with highly developed technical expertise including NAB systems
- A good understanding of third-party broker structure, ideally gained through direct experience managing a book of third-party relationships
- Strong experience in motivating and leading high performing teams within an operational banking environment
- Outstanding customer service and sales strategy and stakeholder management with good sensitivity to consistency
- The ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure and work within a successful and engaged team
