We’ve built a loyal community who love our products, and now we’re looking for a creative Content Creator & UGC Coordinator to help us showcase the heart and soul of our brand.

**The Role**:
This part-time role (2-3 days per week) is perfect for a passionate freelancer or creative professional looking for guaranteed part-time work. You’ll play a key role in crafting content and visuals that captivate our audience, elevate our campaigns, and drive brand awareness. You should be a gun in front of and behind the camera, are great at building relationships and can create campaign content that people can’t stop talking about.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Content Creation & Filming**:

- Film engaging founder content, product campaigns, and UGC-style videos that capture the Macro Mike vibe.
- Shoot high-quality footage on-site, in studio, or in lifestyle settings.
- Ensure all content aligns with the Macro Mike brand identity and marketing strategy.

**Video Editing**:

- Film, draft and edit videos professionally or in-app using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro to deliver polished, thumb-stopping content.
- Create fast-turnaround content for Meta ads, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.

**Coordinate External UGC Creators**:

- Build and maintain relationships with current and new UGC creators

**Collaborate & Innovate**:

- Work closely with our marketing team to align content with campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Bring fresh ideas to the table and stay ahead of creative trends to keep our content on point.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Proficiency in Content Creation**: You know how to create, film, and edit engaging content that performs—specifically for Meta ads and social platforms.
- **Video Editing Skills**: You’re confident editing professionally or using platforms like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- **Graphic Design Expertise**: You’re skilled in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and can whip up visuals that stand out.
- **Creative Vision**: You’re full of ideas and love experimenting with styles, trends, and formats.
- **Adaptable & Hands-On**: You’re ready to dive in and tackle whatever the team needs.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
