About the Role
- Provide high level, best practice advice to a variety of internal and external stakeholders in line with relevant recruitment and selection policy and legislation to ensure appropriate outcomes are achieved and industrial action is minimised.
- Participate in building hiring manager capability through the design, development and modification of operational methods, training, policies and procedures relating to Recruitment Services throughout Metro South Hospital and Health Service.
- Coordinate and participate in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops and presentations on a range of recruitment related topics across Metro South Hospital and Health Service.
- Mentor and coach junior recruitment officers with an ongoing commitment to build team effectiveness, efficiency and capability for future succession planning and career pathway within the team.
