**Description**:
About the role
We are looking for a Field Service Technician - FIFO to join our team in Port Hedland.
Reporting to the Team Leader, the role is responsible for maintaining Onsite assets on our customer sites.
As a FIFO role, you will be working from Perth to Port Hedland on a 2:1 roster. You will also be working across our diverse product range including access equipment, compaction, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps and more, your role will be to:

- Carry out mechanical inspection, servicing and repairs across our product range in field (and in workshop as required)
- Ensure jobs are logged in our service module and all paperwork is completed daily
- Monitor and record parts usage
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with our customers

**Skills and Experiences**:
Skills and experience
- A mechanical trade qualification
- Current driver's license
- Sound diagnostic, fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Great communication skills with a strong customer service focus
- Ability to work unsupervised in field
- Ability to participate in on-call roster
