Due to strategic growth, this national equipment business is now looking for experienced Service Technicians to join their team.

**The company**
With 5 national offices and over 110 employees, this engineering business is one of Australia’s larger waste and recycling solutions providers and have an excellent reputation in the market.

They design, construct/ install and maintain a wide range of waste and recycling related solutions to the commercial, residential and industrial sectors to help create a sustainable future for our families.

**The role**
Your role as a Field Service Technician will see you:

- Repair & maintain a range of waste/recycling processing equipment & conveyors, compactors and balers
- Attend breakdowns as well as routine preventative maintenance services
- Communicate with the spare parts department and office support team
- Ensure all service documentation is completed as you go
- Ensure service van and equipment are properly maintained and in good order

**About you**
To be successful you must:

- Have a strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and experience
- Have sound problem solving ability
- Be able to work autonomously (with support when needed)
- Be able to deal with a wide range of customers/ clients
- Be available to do overtime as required for urgent breakdowns (on call allowance paid).

**On offer**
In return for your hard work and expertise, you will be compensated with an attractive hourly full-time rate of $45-$48p/h, plus overtime and a Ford Ranger with all the tools of the trade.

As part of your induction, in your first month you will be partnered up with one of their more experienced Technicians to show you the ropes and ensure you won’t be thrown in the deep end.

In addition to the above you will also get to work on interesting products/ projects with a diverse workload and the chance to work with a great group of people.
