**Role Description/Criteria**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work within the Leadership Team to support diverse student needs and engagement strategies.
- Lead programs promoting student inclusion, wellbeing, and a supportive school culture.
- Implement adjustment strategies to cater to various student needs.
- Collaborate with staff to use data and research to improve learning outcomes.
- Liaise with families and external agencies to strengthen community connections.

**Selection Criteria**:

- A leader with a natural ability to connect and inspire students, staff, and families.
- Lead and implement programs that make every student feel valued, safe, and empowered.
- Foster an inclusive environment by developing teaching strategies tailored to diverse learning needs.
