**Role Description/Criteria**

The Wellbeing & Learning Diversity (WLD) Leader works within the school's WLD Team. As part of the WLD Team, they support and are supported by the Deputy Principal (WLD) and school counsellor.

This full time position, does not carry a classroom load and is a maternity leave replacement position.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in education or leadership (wellbeing/diversity an advantage) and excellent communications skills is essential. An awareness and understanding of MACS’ wellbeing policies and priorities and NCCD procedures is required.
