Part time Racing Administration Assistant position at our office located at the Geelong Racing Club.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO ASSIST THE BENNETT RACING TEAM.
- BENNETT RACING is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced Racing Administration Assistant for its syndication operation.
- Some understanding of the horse racing industry is desirable but not essential.

**Job Specifics, Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Report directly to the Racing Manager & Accounts Manager.
- 9am to 5:30pm working hours.
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated team.
- The position is part time, 3 days a week. Wednesday and Friday being required days, with the third day being flexible.
- There is a possibility of further hours of work and/or full time work in the future.
- You will need to be proactive, have the ability and willingness to develop further skills and knowledge through training on the job and learning from your colleagues.
- Prepare and lodge horse registrations, prepare and lodge foal transfers, prepare and lodge syndicate registrations, prepare and lodge owner transfers, prepare and lodge online sales, send and track various important business documents from start to finish.
- Management of the race day ticketing process.
- Experience in the use of the PRISM horse racing management platform is preferable.
- Experience in the use of the MISTABLE horse racing management platform is preferable.
- Good general technology skills
- Laptop provided in office
- Requirement to answer office phone on occasions
- Car parking on site
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Any other tasks as directed and relegated by the Racing & Accounts Manager.

- Work references are required
- 90 days probation period applies
