**Role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne
**Primary skill (Must-Have Skills) - Experience in designing and development**
**of long term TDM strategy Should have worked on most of the TDM tools like**
**Broadcom CA TDM Informatica TDM IBM Optim etc. Should have implemented**
**Enterprise level TDM solution for at least one large-scale client. Must know**
**data generation data masking data profiling data sub-setting data mining**
**and reservations data refresh data archival etc.**
- **Secondary skills (Nice-to have Skills) - SQL**:

- **Functional Skills (If Any) - Domain expert in banking Insurance etc.**:

- **Experience in Years - 7-10**:

- **Required Qualifications/Certification - SQL certification (OCP or**

**equivalent)**
- **Preferred Qualifications/Certification - Certifications from CA Broadcom**

**Genrocket Delphix etc**
- **Duties and responsibilities -**

**7-10 years of hands on experience in TDM**
- **Lead and co-ordinate activities based on guidance from TDM Architect**:

- **Guide the rest of the team.**:

- **Expertise with Test data management life cycle/concepts Data governance**

**creating data strategy documents Data Security.**
- **Experience in setup configuration and management of market leading TDM tools**

**like CA TDM IBM Optim Delphix Genrocket Informatica TDM etc.**
- **Ability to coordinate activities across multiple operation teams Application**

**SMEs IT Security and compliance teams etc.**
- **Experience in working with CA TDM Portal and CA data generation tools.**:

- **Possess good knowledge on Programming languages like PL-SQL Python Unix**

**etc.**
- **Review Test data study documents.**:

- **Project management activities including scope evaluations high level**

**estimations project resource planning task allocation work prioritization**
**monitoring and project status reporting.**
- **Risk and Issue Management.**:

- **Ensure business needs are understood and delivered**:

- **Requirement gathering for Self-service portal along with Java developer**

**Understanding of data model structures Integrity relationship between tables**
**and schema & Meta data**
