
Internal Communications Advisor

**The Role**
Excellent opportunity for an Internal Communications Advisor to join our HR team to develop quality internal communications content across internal channels and deliver on communication strategies that improve the understanding of our business, strategy, culture and capabilities for both current and prospective team members.
The incumbent will manage programs related to intranet content, campaigns, events and operational initiatives that support our employee value proposition.
The role can be worked flexibly from home and our Southbank office - full-time or part-time (5 days a week).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Developing written and multi-media content (e-news, digital media, whole-of-business updates) and managing team member engagement events (e.g. monthly team brief, guest speakers for internal events).
- Assist with the development and implementation of project-based HR initiatives, stakeholder engagement programs and internal engagement activities.
- Generate communication reports, including analysis / metrics to identify the effectiveness of communication activities and campaigns and provide initial recommendations.
- Create team member content and execute communication strategies and plans in line with established policies and planned programs, including:
- Annual employee engagement and measurement strategies
- Cultural, diversity and inclusion and reconciliation action plans
- Health and safety and compliance programs of work
- Company and business unit projects
- ENGIE Group initiatives for employees
**About You**
The successful incumbent will be experienced in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism and possess a high standard of communication skills with demonstrated ability to generate engaging content for a range of channels and audiences including digital media platforms. You will be able to work autonomously without supervision and seek improvement opportunities where possible.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a range of team members from different divisions in our business and must be able to easily develop rapport with team members from all levels of seniority across the business.
