**_ The role:_**

As an experienced **Electrical Supervisor**, you will have the ability to manage efficiently a diverse range of site activities whilst communicating effectively at all levels. You will possess exceptional time management skills which will allow you to autonomously overcome the challenges impacting on the timely and effective delivery of projects. You will be a natural leader with the presence and poise to uphold our brand whilst driving productivity in a safe and effective fashion.

You step up and are known for your effective delegation and empowerment of staff. You are a **Electrical supervisor **who gives clarity and work with focus, all of which is underpinned by your strong practical skills developed whilst working on a variety of complex, technical industrial projects.

**_ What you need:_**
- Significant demonstrable experience undertaking** industrial electrical construction**:

- Post-trade expertise installing, testing and commissioning industrial electrical installations, preferably in the water & sewerage, or construction industries
- A qualification as an electrician / mechanic
- A natural ability to lead a medium sized 5-15-person team
- A proactive approach in mentoring the team with your knowledge and extensive experience
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to drive a strong culture, promoting our core values to be respectful, patient, flexible, accountable and focused
- A track record of successful projects supported by references
- A willingness to work away from home when required
- A Current Driver’s License
