Accommodating a maximum of 120 guests and operating 3, 4 and 7 night cruises on the Murray River from Mannum, 87 kilometres from Adelaide, this stunning vessel attracts guests from all over Australia and the world.

**About the Role**

This permanent position is an integral part of the Murray Princess operation. The position involves all aspects of food and beverage service including set up, service, clearing and clean up. The position also involves cleaning duties in the dining room and galley, setting up of dining room, polishing cutlery, preparing condiments, folding of napkins, guest boarding and cabin housekeeping (bed making, changing linen and cleaning bathrooms) on change over days.

The roster for this role would be 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off therefore availability would be required to work onboard the Murray Princess for this roster period.

This role requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, and multi-skilling and time management.

The Waiter/Waitress will be expected to meet and exceed key performance indicators, whilst displaying a high level of work ethics.

**All meals and accommodation when rostered on duty are provided. **Transport from Adelaide CBD to Mannum is provided if required.**

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**

**Essential**
- Minimum of 1 year hotel, or restaurant experience
- Experience in working in a fast paced team to reach goals
- Guest service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal skills

**Desirable**
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Certificate Qualification in Hospitality
- Food Safety Certificate
