**About us**

Murrundi Ferry Services is a government contractor operating the Mannum and Tailem Bend ferry crossings.

Our company is committed to serving the public who use the River Murray Ferry network 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We take pride in selecting experienced staff with a background in local knowledge, customer relations, and who are the face of our company.

**The role**

The Ferry Operators at Murrundi Ferry Services are responsible for transporting customers and providing exceptional customer service to all ferry users, including drivers of heavy vehicles, farmers, the public, and emergency services vehicles.

Ferry Operators may be asked to work at any of Murrundi Ferry Services' contracted sites, including Mannum upstream, downstream, and Tailem Bend crossings.

A part-time opportunity has become available with our company, predominantly working 6-hour shifts on the Mannum upstream ferry, working a rotating roster of 7am-1pm or 1pm-7pm noting the successful applicant must be available to cover leave working either 12am-12pm or 12pm-12am across both Mannum and Tailem Bend ferries.
