**The opportunity**

Due to an internal promotion, this is your chance to join our Endeavour Energy Alliance team based in Huntingwood (relocating soon to a new head office in Parramatta), with the option to work part of the week from home.

As the representative for UGL and Endeavour Energy you will provide advice and support to the Operational Leaders to maintain a safe and healthy workplace whilst ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Reporting to the Alliance Manager you will be required to foster strong internal relationships and be independent in managing your areas of responsibility including;
- Drive a blended risk management framework
- Establish safe work systems underpinned by robust risk management and a proactive HSE culture
- Provide advice on lead/lag indicator monitoring and trend analysis
- Managing return to work
- Roll out and implementation of HSE programs and initiatives

**Requirements to be successful**
- Diploma Work Health and Safety (WHS) or related discipline
- 5 years’ experience in Safety, Health and Environment
- Proficiency in MS Office with intermediate Excel
- Clear and concise communication style
