**Position Objectives**
The primary objective of this position is to provide specialised recruitment and advisory consultation to help drive our strategic organisational goals and initiatives.

Working with our business leaders in our unique and dynamic manufacturing company, this role will provide key support and advice across our ANZ sites to facilitate the end-to-end recruitment of all staff and furnish strategic and budgetary reporting.
**Key Deliverables**
Ensure that safe, healthy, compliant behaviours and expectations are consistently communicated to all stakeholders and help drive continuous improvement in culture, inclusion, diversity, and accessibility.
- Consult with management leaders to define the selection criteria for the recruitment of roles and develop position descriptions
- Manage, facilitate and communicate effectively with all stakeholders throughout the entire recruitment process to provide first-class continuous support, data integrity and accuracy
- Phone screen suitable applicants to ensure alignment with the desired selection criteria
- Facilitate applicable aptitude testing and report results
- Manage and participate in all interviews, documenting specifics and ensuring all questions and discussions meet legislative requirements
- Manage the pre-employment and ongoing employment security compliance for all employees, contractors and casual staff, including Criminal History and Credit History checks via Third-Party Agencies
- Issue contractual employment paperwork

- Issue contractual employment paperwork and liaise with new employees and IT staff for all onboarding set-up requirements and equipment
- Facilitate Offboarding processes and conduct Exit Interviews
- Ensure a current knowledge of all New Zealand IR/ER laws, compliance, payroll matters and local NZ practices
- Provide analytical reporting, including headcounts, turnover, and leave balances to the leadership team
- Manage and lodge the WGEA submission annually
- Work closely with the HR Manager and leadership team to facilitate performance and salary reviews and assist in remuneration benchmarking
- Travel to all sites in Australia and New Zealand when required
- Ensure the promotion of a positive culture and appropriately contribute to project developments and accreditations
- Support updates on HR people, policies, procedures, Awards and EA matters
- Provide 2IC support to the HR Manager and all management staff to support employees and maximise performance
- Coach and mentor Managers, Supervisors and Team Leaders to develop their knowledge and understanding in all areas of HR and recruitment
**Education & Association Accreditation**
- Minimum Bachelors in Human Resources Management, and
- AHRI accreditation (must be current)
**Experience**
- Solid experience in a previous Recruitment Consultant/HR Adviser role
- Strong computer and report-wring skills
- Excellent verbal and writen communicaon skills
- Ability and maturity to coach and influence colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Have a can-do atude and ability to deliver new iniaves.
- Strong communicator and negoator with the ability to represent the business to achieve posive outcomes.
