Our Learning Steps seeks dynamic and enthusiastic Educators to join our team. We are a 64 place centre located in Patterson Lakes. We pride ourselves on our high quality care and focus on educational outcomes for all children in our Centre. We are running at capacity and need a helping hand Currently we have a position available for applicants available to work between 30 and 37.5 hours per week.

Your commitment to maintaining a nurturing and stimulating learning environment will be favourably regarded. A good understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards will be demonstrated.

You will be working closely together with our other Educators to create an environment where children are engaged and fascinated by their educational experiences and where learning is natural.

To be considered for this role you must have:

- A proactive and committed approach to your work
- Demonstrated understanding of the learning processes of children in early years
- A great sense of humour and enjoyment of your work
- A passion for providing an inspiring and challenging environment for children.

You will be qualified with:

- Diploma in Childrens Services or Certificate III, and WWC
- Current First Aid & CPR qualification
- Anaphylaxis and Asthma training
- Good understanding of EYLDF
- Good ICT Skills
- Flexibility and availability across the working week

Full-time/Part-time/Casual positions available, with a salary range of $25-34 per hour depending on qualifications and classification. Hours vary across the roster between 7:00am and 6:00pm throughout the week.
