Centre Manager

We seek an experienced and engaging Centre Director to join a family-owned exceeding service in Patterson Lakes. The service has been in operation for a few decades and is committed to achieving excellence in early childhood education and care.

The family-owned service is run by a provider who has an educational background and takes great joy in providing a truly educational experience to the families they serve. Being run more like an educational institution rather than childcare the service has achieved partly exceeding ratings. The service is home for 60 children and a team of 18 staff. There are five rooms as well as a funded kindergarten program. The local primary schools speak highly of the service as they know children are solidly prepared for Prep.

- Coordinate daily operations of the centre, including but not limited to staffing, programming, health, and safety by following policies and procedures and maintaining and upholding policies and QIP.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, children, and families
- **Essential Qualifications**:_
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- First Aid HLTAID004 Certificate, WWC Check current and valid, Food safety and child protection
- Experience leading through an A&R with positive results
- Understanding of KidSoft and StoryPark in addition to Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional understanding of Education Care Services and National Regulations
- High-level understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
