Watson Young Architects is on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Student of Architecture to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This role is a golden opportunity for students currently pursuing or having obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering assigned project tasks accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Liaising closely with team members and ensuring effective communication of work progress to Senior Architects and Project Leaders.
- Building strong relationships within the team and contributing to a positive office culture.
- Focusing on continuous improvement and sharing learnings from project debriefs.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Knowledge of architectural practice, visual communication, and all project phases.
- Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to demonstrate strong emotional intelligence, resilience, and openness to feedback.
- A growth mindset, proactivity, and a self-motivated attitude.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the capacity for creative problem-solving.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently studying or have obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
- Working towards a Master's degree in Architecture (or similar) is highly regarded.
