The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least two years’ experience in a similar position. **Position Responsibilities** - Preparing BAS and other statutory lodgements for review by your supervisor - Carrying out monthly accounts’ reconciliations and financial statement preparation - Perform bookkeeping duties such as accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations - Work in tandem with Client Directors, Senior Managers and Partners and the broader team on projects to drive success for Kelly+Partners - Partake in company events, training sessions as well as team meetings - Carrying out data processing tasks on a monthly basis for our clients - Using accounting software to create management reports for clients **About You** - Minimum of 2 experience in a similar role - Experience in a chartered accountancy firm is highly desirable - Possess a Certificate IV in bookkeeping/accounting or a bachelor’s degree in accounting - Proven working experience with accounting software, specifically; APS, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail - Committed to providing exceptional service to our clients - Proactive, self-motivated and enthusiastic - Part time opportunity (3-4 days per week) Video
