**About the Role**
As an Aged Care Employee at Five Islands Court, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly residents, supporting their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your role is essential in enhancing the quality of life for our residents while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Your work will include:
- Assisting our residents with their daily living and personal needs such as eating, showering, personal hygiene, dressing, personal grooming and general mobility
- Supporting resident participation in lifestyle and social activities
**To Be Successful You Will Have**Desired - Certificate IV in Individual Support
- A big heart - you're empathetic, adaptable and have a passion for supporting older Australians to live their best life possible
- Experience in aged or community care, or a passion to begin your career in the aged care sector
