About the Role
The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Patient Flow provides contemporary professional leadership for the Patient Flow portfolio within Bayside Health Service. The role shapes clinical and corporate governance; and provides the coordination of service delivery, expertise in health care team communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision. The role will develop and establish contemporary patient flow strategies across various areas of Redland Hospital that will:

- promote a seamless approach to the flow of the patient journey throughout the hospital;
- add value to current processes;
- and be sustainable at the end of the project.
