
Nursing and Midwifery Director/ Facility Manager

**About the Role**:
The role of the Nursing and Midwifery Director and Facility Manager is to provide operational and strategic nursing leadership and management for the Beaudesert Hospital incorporating Palen Creek Correctional Centre. The role is responsible for service delivery, human and material management, expertise in the health care team, communication and highly developed data analysis and fiscal management to deliver safe, quality, effective and efficient healthcare provision. You will work collaboratively and support the Executive Director Logan and Beaudesert Health Service, the Director of Nursing and Midwifery Logan and Beaudesert Health Service and the MSH Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery (EDNM) with strategic direction, vision and health service priorities and may have delegated responsibilities to support the roles.
