**Key Responsibilities**:

- A committed ECT who is understands the provision of high-quality educational programs and learning environments.
- Excellent understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, which includes: National Regulations, National Quality Standards (NQS), and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Plan, implement, and evaluate a developmentally appropriate program for children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the team to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Observe and assess children's development and progress.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
- Mentor, guide and provide support to fellow educators.
- Strong understanding of the importance of family communications and the ability to form partnerships that benefit the children and their ongoing learning

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor of Early Childhood, Bachelor in Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA equivalent approved qualification.
- Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, CPR & First Aid certificates or willingness to obtain.
- Child Protection Certificate
- Current WWCC
- Previous experience using OWNA would be advantageous but not essential
- Food Safety Certificate (optional)
- Programming experience (Knowledge of EYLF)
- Passionate, caring, friendly, committed person
- Be confident and show leadership skills and mentor others.
- Available to work across a variety of shifts between 7am-6pm

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
