**Key Responsibilities as an ECT**:

- Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate educational programs for children.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that celebrates diversity.
- Collaborate with a supportive management team to contribute to the success of the centre.
- Actively participate in the initial setup of the service, shaping its culture and educational approach.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community.
- Utilise your expertise to bring the joy and wonder of childhood back into the learning experience.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing high-quality educational programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating a positive and enriching learning environment for children.
- Current First Aid and CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
- Current Paid Blue Card.
- Current Child Protection Training Certificate.
- Valid Working with Children Check.
