**Why this role matters**

As a Relationship Executive in our Commercial Banking team, you’ll manage a portfolio of high-value, diversified clients with complex banking needs. You’ll be their trusted advisor who understands their goals and delivers innovative solutions to help them grow.

**What you’ll do**
- **Lead client relationships**: Manage and grow a portfolio of diversified businesses with turnover between $30M-$50M, delivering exceptional service and strategic advice.
- **Drive growth**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through your network and referral partners.
- **Deliver tailored solutions**: Use your commercial acumen to structure, negotiate, and execute complex financial deals.
- **Collaborate for success**: Work closely with Account Managers, Analysts, and internal teams to meet client needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
- **Manage risk**: Take ownership of portfolio risk management and ensure high-quality credit submissions with the support of Analysts.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
- Demonstrated success in business development and client acquisition.
- Strong commercial banking knowledge and financial structuring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to deliver results.
