**Job Summary**

As an Associate Director in KordaMentha’s Major Projects Advisory Team, you will get the opportunity to work on significant government and private sector programs and projects. The Major Projects Advisory Team works across the entire program and project lifecycle, from strategic planning and inception of projects, through procurement, delivery and benefits realisation upon project/program completion.

As a team, we bring multi-sector experience across transport, health and aged care, utilities, real estate and social infrastructure, city-shaping and private projects (such as precinct development, aviation, and mining), and future-focused projects and industries (including renewables and defence). We value the clients we work with and put a significant amount of effort to ensure our work is of the highest quality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Versatile Execution**: Demonstrate a hands-on approach to tasks, from running strategic workshops to taking detailed minutes.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Effectively manage and guide clients through change, including leading and facilitating workshops.
- **Team Leadership**: Oversee and manage small teams to ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements.
- **Business Growth**: Actively contribute to expanding our business and client base

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- 5-8 years experience in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering
- Program management/ program delivery experience
- Portfolio management experience
- Project management experience
- Program Management Office (PMO) experience experience
- Strategy / transformational change experience
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Risk management experience
- Proven experience in managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and engaging demeanour.
- Experience in managing teams, even on a smaller scale.
- A genuine interest in contributing to business growth and client relationship management.

Preferred accreditations (ideal, but not required):

- PMBOK or PRINCE2 (project management methodology)
- MSP - Managing Successful Programs (program management methodology)
- Management of Portfolio (MoP)
- P3O - Project, Progrm and Portfolio Management Offices
