**In this role, you'll**:
Deliver exceptional customer service and provide streamline experiences when assisting passengers with inquiries and helping with luggage on Intercity journeys.

Be responsible for a broad range of day-to-day station operations as well as manage the station presentation, cleaning and general maintenance.

Work alongside our train crew and other stakeholders to ensure that all safety standards are met and manage any potential safety risks that may arise and impact staff and passengers.

All Customer Service Attendant positions work off a shift roster where your days, start and finish times. You may also be requested to work additional hours at short notice with the potential for overtime.

A Talent Pool will be created for future temporary and permanent vacancies, full-time positions at Central the next 18-month period. If you are deemed suitable at interview and a vacancy arises in your preferred location, you may be contacted and asked to complete pre-employment checks.

**About you**
- You have experience working face to face with customers and now want to be the first point of contact when our passengers arrive at your local station assisting with enquiries and luggage.
- You are resilient and have outstanding interpersonal skills to provide clear and accurate instructions and can manage difficult conversations with a diverse range of people from all walks of life.
- You are confident and have the ability to problem solve and make prompt decisions in a fast-paced environment under pressure whilst working alongside a variety of stakeholders in a safety focused operational environment.
