During 2022, Wahlburgers leapt into the restaurant scene across Australia and we currently operate 4 restaurants in Australia including our flagship store located in the iconic Opera Quays precinct, adjacent to the Opera House with stunning views of the Harbour Bridge.

**Job functions include**:

- Assist the Kitchen Managers with all facets of daily kitchen operations;
- Maintain our high standards for consistency in our recipe and menu item execution;
- Help maintain professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards; and
- Ensure a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Managers;

- Excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skills
- Ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm;
- Knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment;
- Organized and systematic approach to work and the ability to prioritize efficiently;
- Attention to detail

**Specific requirements**

**Kitchen Supervisor/CDP (Full-Time)**
- Minimum 3 years’ kitchen work experience in high-volume environments; supervisory roles preferred;
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and meticulous culinary skills; and
- Ability to manage inventory and allocate responsibilities and resources.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
