As we continue to grow, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you're passionate about crafting creative, effective marketing strategies and making a meaningful impact, we want you to be part of our dynamic team at Will World Education. **What You’ll Do**:

- Develop and manage marketing campaigns that include social media strategy (Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube) and presentations at live events such as seminars and student fairs.
- Manage and develop Will World Education’s social media plan to identify trends and assist the company in understanding audience preferences based on changing market needs.
- Desing marketing strategies in collaboration with other professionals to attract more leads.
- Develop new services to grow the agency’s portfolio.
- Create marketing reports for the company’s director based on metrics to understand areas in the market where Will World Education should invest more significant resources.
- Liaise with educational providers in assisting in organising networking and promotional events.
- Analyse competitors’ pricing, product, and promotion marketing strategies to help Will World Education to achieve a competitive edge.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 1 year of proven experience in a marketing role.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Marketing: 1 year (required)

- Spanish and English (required)
