**What You’ll Do**:

- **Create engaging content** - Assist in website updates, case studies, and video marketing that showcase the impact of KELLY Tillage solutions.
- **Understand the market** - Stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs to optimise marketing strategies.
- **Collaborate globally** - Work with international marketing partners to ensure brand consistency across diverse markets.
- **Support lead generation** - Manage CRM data and help drive customer engagement.
- **Work across teams** - Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.

**Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in marketing (formal qualifications a plus).
- A passion for **creative storytelling** and using data to make smart marketing decisions.
- Strong **organisational skills** with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Experience with **CRM tools** and marketing software (**NetSuite knowledge is a bonus**).
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with a desire to contribute to an innovative, global brand.
