Are you mechanically minded, reliable, and ready to roll up your sleeves? Focus Machinery is looking for a **hands-on Technician** to join our high-performing workshop team in Bayswater. You'll be working on some of Victoria’s most in-demand earthmoving attachments - diagnosing faults, fixing gear, fabricating, welding, and making sure our machines are always “Ready to Dig.”

**What you’ll be doing**
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic attachments (cylinders, motors, hoses, seals)
- Fabricate and weld parts as needed
- Mount, test and commission attachments on machines
- Work to job turnaround targets and keep downtime to a minimum
- Be part of a high-performance team that takes pride in doing things right the first time

- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proven reliability - you show up and put in
- Hands-on mindset - you take initiative and don’t wait to be told
- Welding and hydraulics experience (advantageous, but not essential)
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

**Tools, training and safety gear provided. Forklift and manual licence a bonus but not required.**

**What we offer**
- $35-$50 per hour + super + overtime (based on experience)
- Full-time role: 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Optional overtime available

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 - 50 per week
