**Job Description**:

- Provision of friendly and efficient food and beverage service that meets the guests’ expectations.
- Perform the tasks of order taking and maximize sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling. Ensure accuracy by repeating order(s) to the guests
- Keep tables and service areas clean and tidy as per procedure manual.
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station
- Provide efficient, friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Lead by example when attending to guest requests. Show efficiency in constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous however not essential as full training will be provided.
- Passion and enthusiasm for work in the hospitality and food industry
- Ability to work across a varied roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
- RSA is required.
