**About the role**:
This position is a permanent role in the Waste Services Unit, responsible for providing high-quality, customer and administrative support, necessary to ensure our essential waste services continue to meet service excellence. The functions include:

- Customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Responding to enquiries and preparing templated correspondence
- Arranging for deliveries of bins and caddies to support waste services
- Collating data and preparing basic reports
- Administrative support, including taking minutes, processing invoices and ordering supplies and general administration support for the unit.

**Skills and experience require to perform the role**:

- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and deliver excellent customer service within a diverse community.
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar dynamic office environment, doing data entry, preparing reports and general correspondence, answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work collaboratively to deliver team priorities
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and where necessary work independently to deliver personal outcomes
- Experience with processing invoices and contract payments is desirable
