For over thirty years, our client been South Australia's go-to specialists in wheel alignment, suspension, and steering.
Working with the heavy vehicle industry, they operate out of a purpose-built facility in Wingfield, priding themselves on high quality service and exceptional customer care.

**So, what's the role?**:

As their in-house administrative wiz, this role takes the lead on ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes - from meeting, greeting and liaising with customers, to scheduling wheel alignment appointments, processing accounts, banking and managing office inventory.
This role is far more than appointment-making or filing. Playing a crucial role within the office support team, you'll be working in an exciting local industry (they play with cars and trucks - what's not to love), helping the team to get great outcomes for customers and, ultimately, putting safe vehicles on our roads.
**And who are you?**:

We don't want to assume a lot, but we reckon you'll be a great people person. You'll be the resident friendly face, and first point of contact for customers and contractors, who thrives on creating great relationships with both them and the team. With over two years' administration experience under your belt, you'll be up for some light phone juggling and an exceptional organiser with solid experience in Microsoft platforms.
Ideally, you'll have some financial administrating experience but if not, don't let that stop you from hitting apply Proactive, with great time management skills, you'll also love nailing deadlines.
But, most importantly, you'll be a good-humoured contributor, who is keen to work in a unique but rewarding industry.
