**The Venue**:
Novotel Wollongong Northbeach is a stunning beachfront resort with multiple outlets and entertainment facilities under the one roof. The hotel provides an exceptional product with world class food and beverage offerings and is highlighted to be the best resort and food venue in the region. The hotel boasts 209 accommodation rooms, 13 conference rooms, multiple food and beverage outlets, sports bar facilities, gaming room, pool and gym, and is renowned for its guest obsessed culture.

**The Role**:
We’re on the search for a people-focused, passionate hospitality professional to join the Palisade Kitchen & Bar team at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach. The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support the Food & Beverage Manager, with a strong focus on presence during dinner operations, leading and inspiring the team and providing an exceptional product and experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to help drive the success of the restaurant, in a supportive leadership role.

You will have a strong food and beverage knowledge, cashiering experience and exposure to rostering. You will be overseeing an enthusiastic team and assist in training team members to uphold high standards of service. Full time or part time roles available, minimum availability 3 days a week including weekends.

- Passionate about hospitality
- Prior experience in a leadership position
- Strong food and wine knowledge
- RSA qualification
- Driven to exceed guest expectations
- Like to be ‘hands on’ and have the ability to work in a high volume venue
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to guide and mentor a diverse team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.80 - $32.25 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
