**What the day will look like**
- This role will be responsible for writing content for Aon’s major events held throughout Asia Pacific including:

- Briefing the content agency to prepare post-event marketing communication
- Crafting speaker scripts as required
- Scheduling and hosting content development meetings and rehearsals for each event
- Collaborating with marketing colleagues to ensure alignment with brand, editorial, legal and messaging guidelines
- This is not a logistics role. The key responsibility is to create powerful content during the planning and development stage of our flagship events, that can be used on the day

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in content writing
- Experience in writing content for events is preferable but not mandatory
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced marketing and communications environment
- B2B or speech writing experience would be a plus to ensure the correct tone
- Ability to digest and explain complex information in a straight-forward way for business decision makers
- Diplomacy, patience and the ability to guide senior stakeholders
- Experience of writing to meet global brand and editorial guidelines
