Weddings and Events are done brilliantly with style and flair at Lancemore Hotel This is a great opportunity for an individual who has a background in wedding and events to work with an amazing product and team and make a difference at our Macedon Ranges hotel.

A great role for someone wanting to develop their career and this shows with the incumbent coordinator moving into a larger role. You are the conduit between the Hotel and the Bridal party ensuring they are set up for success and create memories for years to come. The role works closely with the Wedding Sales Manager to achieve the objectives.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Experience in a coordinator role, with exposure to the Wedding and Events markets as well as broad understanding of hospitality
- Experienced, successful and passionate about meeting sales targets and KPI
- A passion for weddings and creating memorable experiences for our guests
- Sales skills, able to negotiate commercial outcomes
- Weekends are mandatory during peak season but generally the role is Tuesday to Saturday....(except if there are wedding Sundays). Days off are given.
- Team player, great personality and passion for boutique Hotels and the service that matches the quality of our product
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomous
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a dash of charm
- Success in selling via lead generation and cold calling
- Experience in conducting familiarisation and site inspections at the property
- You will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve best results and provide an unforgettable experience for their clients
