THE ROLE
- A skilled writer with experience in managing competing publishing demands from multiple stakeholders?
- Experienced in creating inspiring, engaging digital content, including video, photography, and animation to support communication initiatives across varied channels?
- Proficient with Adobe CC Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects

The Digital Content Producer is responsible for communicating the role of Homes Victoria to our digital audiences.
The purpose of the role is to support and build the vision, values, and reputation of the organisation through the production of timely, effective, impactful, and persuasive digital content aligned to the objectives of Homes Victoria and appropriate to our various audiences.
Working closely with colleagues across the Communications & Engagement Branch, the Digital Content Producer will use their videography, graphic design, and copywriting skills to identify stories that highlight the work of Homes Victoria.They will also support the maintenance of Homes Victoria's online community and help to foster high performing social media channels that support the agency's strategic priorities.
This role is part of Homes Victoria — where our objective is to manage, deliver and maintain social housing across Victoria. At a time when our population continues to grow and the role of housing in creating opportunity, security, safety, and economic growth has seldom been more important, this role will play a significant part in Victoria's recovery from the COVID-19 crisis through the creation of jobs and economic activity.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Produce, write, and edit high-quality content across web, mobile and social media channels.
- Undertake day to day publishing tasks and social media community management duties including moderation and responding to community queries according to established guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with design and communication team members to produce engaging digital communications products for various internal and external channels including social media platforms and our website.
