**About the role**
As Identity and Access Administrator you will play a crucial role within the cyber security team by managing, securing, and controlling the identity and access of users across Parliament. You will bring your expertise in the field and identify improvements to the existing Identity and Access Management infrastructure and champion cyber awareness and strong security practices across the Parliament.

**About you**
We are looking for someone with extensive experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and a proven track record of working with identity management technologies and concepts.

You will be joining a collaborative, high performing team so you will need to have highly developed interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus as well as the ability to communicate with a diverse audience - from highly technical IT professionals to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
